Our Process
Get in touch
Fill out the form on our website so we can gather your project details. You can upload photos of your existing space and any architectural plans.
Consultation
We’ll arrange a complimentary meeting to understand your goals and outline how we can best support your project.
Initial Meeting
If you’re ready to move forward, we’ll schedule an on-site visit to review the scope, take measurements and photos, and collect the information needed to prepare a preliminary budget.
Pre-Construction Agreement
Before budgeting begins, we’ll present a pre-construction services agreement. In this phase, we collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, and trade partners to develop the details, align features to your budget, and build the estimate and schedule.
Final Build Contract
With the budget complete and the scope fully defined, we’ll present a detailed final estimate and contract so we can proceed to construction.
Onboarding
We kick off with an onboarding meeting and maintain clear, consistent communication throughout the build.
Execution
We finalize scheduling with our team and trade partners and break ground. Expect weekly schedule reviews, daily site logs, and proactive updates to keep the project on track.
Completion
As your project nears completion, we conduct a final walkthrough and provide a homeowner guide outlining your home’s systems and features. If questions arise as you settle in, Wilson Co. is here to support you.
